Samuel Coleridge-Taylor’s life is a story of struggles and breaking boundaries in a world divided up by racism, social injustice, and prejudice.\n\nThis session is curated specifically for the general public to include information surrounding the composer’s life and works based on my master’s thesis. Come to learn about this forgotten composer and listen to some of his most beautiful music!\n\nNo previous music experience is necessary.\n\nSuitable for: ages 12 and up, singers, singer-actors, choristers, performers, public speakers, educators, beginner, and intermediate students.Cost: FREELocation: Zoom (You will receive the link when you register for the webinar)Duration: 50-60 mins with a 10 mins question period at the end.\n\nWhat to bring to the webinar:\n\n\nA physical or electronic notebook to take notes if you choose.\nPen\n\nAccessibility:\n\n\nThe webinar includes live closed captions.
